Why give over space to holding boxes of business paperwork when this can be easily and securely held in a dedicated facility. We not only provide the secure environment for your records, but the processes, checks and controls required to meet current legislation. And our SAMQuest online management tool ensures you remain in control.
Is Off-Site Storage Expensive?
What is it costing to keep records on-site? Consider the costs of wasted space, employing staff to manage the records, time spend locating records, and the cost to your business should vital information be misplaced or inadvertently destroyed. We are happy to go through the level of service you require with you and advise the most cost-effective method of achieving the level of security that your business requires. You may find that the "costs" actually turn out to be savings.
How Does It Work?
It's really very simple. We store your records in our dedicated facilities. Everything is assigned a unique bar-code reference and recorded on our computer systems. You can create a new record directly through our SAMQuest web portal. You can also request that we come and collect it. We will label the box and store it. Should you need to retrieve the records, request that it be delivered to you through SAMQuest. We'll pick the records and deliver them to you. And when you're finished, request a collection through SAMQuest and we'll come and pick the records up, storing them back in our facilities.
Can I Store Individual Files?
Yes. You can choose how you want your records stored - by box, by file, as media disks or tapes, a complete shelf or bay. Charges are primarily based on the volume of space used. We are able to retrieve and restore individual files from specified storage boxes if required.

What is SAMQuest?
SAMQuest is a unique online management tool. Using SAMQuest you are able to retain full control over your off-site storage - create new archives, request collections and deliveries, performs searches and run reports. In addition, SAMQuest enforces business rules and manages access to your records. Request a demonstration and we'll show you how SAMStore and SAMQuest can support your business.
Is SAMQuest Secure?
Yes. The site uses recognised levels of SSL encryption to ensure your security. Access to the site is through username and password, so you can restrict who has access, and what they can do. Authorisation can be setup if a supervisor needs to authorise any requests.
How Comprehensive is SAMQuest?
We understand that different organisations have different requirements. That's why SAMQuest is available at 3 different levels. The base level provides sufficient functionality for most people. It allows you to create, manage and report of your records. However if you require additional features such as cost centres, user management or content recording then one of the higher levels will be required. One of our consultants will be happy to advise the recommended version for you. Should you find that additional functionality is required, it is easy to move up to the next level when required.
 

Other Services

Can You Provide Scanning Services?
Yes. We'd be happy to discuss any scanning requirements you have. We can provide a range of scanning solutions, including back-scanning and scan on demand. The scanned records can be provided in a range of formats and on a range of media, made available to you for FTP download or directly uploaded to your DMS. And following the digitising of your records, we can deep store the original hard copy or have them securely destroyed.
Can You Securely Destroy My Records?
Yes. Paper documents are shredded and then incinerated, and we provide a Certificate of Destruction to confirm those items destroyed. We can also provide bulk waste collection and destruction. We are also able to destroy other bulky items such as furniture and IT equipment - contact us and request a quotation.
Do You Provide Consultancy Services?
Yes. We would be happy to advise on best practise regarding records management within your business. We can assess your current business processes, recommend best practise and assist with the implementation of these.
